PPS strictly enforces these ethics:
- You will not be sent unsolicited emails from PPS.
- You will have the option of discontinuing emails from PPS.
- Your discontinuation of PPS emails will occur in an immediate and confidential manner.
- Your email address will not be attained by PPS through the use of "robots" or email harvesting scripts.
- You will not intentionally receive multiple copies of the same email from PPS.
- You will not receive emails from PPS with manipulated headers to disguise the origin of the email.
- You can contact PPS at anytime via email, telephone or snail mail to delete your information or to discontinue receiving emails from PPS.
Q. Why do you want to know my name and e-mail address?
A. So that we can contact you to provide you with more information about our services.
Q. Why do you want to know my credit card number and street address?
A. PPS does not require your credit card number or street address to view the demo on our website.
Q. What other information do you keep track of, about me?
A. We utilize cookies that indicate how many times you have opened each email we send you.
Q. How do you make sure nobody steals my credit card information?
A. PPS doesn’t collect your credit card information on our website. The only time you would need to submit credit card information would be if you decided to use our prospecting services. In that case, you would be talking with a live person and not submitting your credit card information over the internet.
Q. How do you use this information?
A. Any contact information you provide is placed in our company database and we periodically send email updates on our services.
Q. Do you share my information with other parts of your company?
A. Your contact information resides in a common database which is accessible to all PPS departments.

A. No. PPS will not sell your information.
Q. What do you do if one of your employees violates my privacy?
A. We would contact you to inform you of the nature of the violation of your privacy.
Q. Can I see and change the information you have about me, personally?
A. Yes. You can send a request email to PPS and we will send you your information. You can then respond back with any changes.
Q. How can I stop receiving e-mail from you?
A. All PPS automated email communication contains an unsubscribe option. Or at anytime you can reply to any PPS email stating “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will ensure that you are opted out of any further email communication from PPS.
